Roll out from Parkeerplaats Süderlügumer Binnendünen and straight into the Süderlügumer Binnendünen nature reserve. Follow the Grønå river, then cross the Schwarzberger Moor and Schwansmoor und Kranichmoor reserves on a 58.0 km loop that ends back where it began. Half the route is paved and half unpaved, with just 96 m of climbing along the way.
