Roll out from Parkeerplaats Wildes Moor bei Schwabstedt and straight into the Wildes Moor nature reserve. Then it's on to the Eider river, followed by the Moore der Eider-Treene-Sorge-Niederung nature reserve. A loop of 59.1 km with 172 m of climbing, mostly paved with a good stretch unpaved, brings you past the Alte Sorge-Schleife nature reserve and back to where you started.
