Roll out from Parkeerplaats Haithabu-Dannewerk and straight into the Haithabu-Dannewerk nature reserve. Then it's on through the Moore der Eider-Treene-Sorge-Niederung and the Tetenhusener Moor, both nature reserves, before the Neubörmgraben river. Of the 61.6 km, roughly half runs unpaved, and 111 m of climbing keeps it gentle. Back to where you started.
