The ride
Roll out of Bad Wildbad and let the climbing begin: 1434 m of elevation gain over 80.2 km, all on paved roads. First up is the Eyach- und Rotenbachtal nature reserve, then the ruins of Straubenhardt castle. From the Schwanner Warte viewpoint you keep going, past the Waldmoor-Torfstich and the Hesel-, Brand- und Kohlmisse reserves, before the Falchenwiesen rolls you back to where you started.
