From Parkeerplaats Limmer Brunnen you roll out past the Benther Berg forest and the Badebornteich nature reserve. Then it's on to the Benther Mühle windmill and the Binnensalzstelle am Kaliwerk Ronnenberg nature reserve. The route also takes in the Sorsumer Mühle windmill, Rittergut Bredenbeck manor and the Linderter und Stamstorfer Holz nature reserve. Of the 54.3 km, 46% is unpaved, and you finish back at the start.
