The ride

From Roisel you roll out for 76.5 km, with the Omignon river alongside before La Somme Rivière takes over. Further on the route meets the La Somme river and the Canal du Nord - Bief de Partage, then turns back toward Roisel. The surface is 98% paved, with a small unpaved share, and 489 m of climbing keeps the legs awake. Rivers, a canal and open riding: a loop that keeps unfolding.
