Roll out of Nienwohld and let the ride unfold, first through the Nienwohlder Moor nature reserve, then into the Kneeden forest. The Trave and Beste rivers follow, each one a river to ride beside before the route turns for home. Of the 57.1 km, just over half is paved and the rest unpaved, with 249 m of climbing along the way. Back in Nienwohld, the loop closes where it began.
