Roll out from Parkeerplaats Ammersbek-Niederung and straight into the Ammersbek-Niederung nature reserve, then on through the Rodenbeker Quellental and the Wohldorfer Wald. Next comes the Oberalsterniederung before you swing past Herrenhaus Jersbek, the manor on the route. Around 75.0 km of mostly paved riding with 225 m of climbing brings you back to where you started.
