Roll out of Brandis and let the Mulde lead the way. You pass Burg Eilenburg, then follow the river through the Vereinigte Mulde nature reserve toward Bad Düben. Schloss Thallwitz and the Wachtelberg-Mühlbachtal nature reserve come next, before Schloss Obernitzschka and the Haselberg-Straßenteich nature reserve turn you back toward home. In total 74,3 km, almost entirely on paved surface, with 282 m of climbing along the way.
