Roll out of Nogent-sur-Seine and let the route carry you along La Seine, then L'Orvin, before La Voulzie and La Traconne each take a turn beside you. The 79.2 km loop keeps things simple underfoot, with just a sliver of unpaved riding, and the 448 m of climbing spreads itself gently across the day. Follow the rivers in order, then swing back to where you started.
