Roll out of Scherpenzeel and the route unfolds past the Amerongse Berg nature reserve, then along the Amerongse Bovenpolder and the Uiterwaarden Neder-Rijn. Kasteel Amerongen and Huis Maarsbergen follow, before Stameren's nature reserve and the Voorwerk op de Asschatterkeerkade fort. The Walderveense molen windmill is the last stop before you roll home. It's 62.2 km, all of it paved.
