Roll out of Schramberg and let the route unfold: past Schloss Schramberg, then Hohenschramberg, before the Schwarzwald Mitte/Nord nature reserve takes over. Along the way the Brigach and later the Gutach keep you company, with the Rohrhardsberg - Obere Elz nature reserve in between. Of the 75.3 km, nearly all is paved, with just a sliver of unpaved. Climbing adds up to 1964 m before you roll back into Schramberg.
