Roll out of Sonsbeck and past Haus Erprath castle before the route settles toward the Bislicher Insel nature reserve. Burg Winnenthal castle follows, then a run through the Hoenselaersche Bruch and Streußelbruch reserves, with the Issumer Fleuth reserve along the way. It's 60.9 km with 226 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface. Back to Sonsbeck to finish.
