From Parkeerplaats Niederkamp und Mönchschall you roll out through Staatsforst Rheurdt / Littard, a nature reserve, before the watermill at Aumühle appears. Then it's on past more nature reserves — Bruch- und Auenwald, Erlenbruchwald und Landwehr in der Leucht — and along the Issumer Fleuth. Around 61 km with 225 m of climbing, mixing paved and unpaved, and it ends back where it began.
