The ride

Roll out of Markneukirchen and let the route unfold: past the Südliche Regnitz und Zinnbach nature reserve, on through Steinwiesen and the Zwiebrandwiesen, before the Goldberg nature reserve turns you for home. Along the way you collect 1610 m of climbing, spread over 98.7 km. The surface runs mostly paved, with a small unpaved share to keep you honest.
