Roll out from Parkeerplaats Drents-Friese Wold & Leggelderveld and straight into the nature reserve of the same name. The route runs 75.0 km, all of it paved, past the river De Lende and on through the Delleboersterheide nature reserve. Later you follow the Opsterlandse Compagnonsvaart canal before the loop brings you back to the parking area. With just 35 m of climbing, the legs stay fresh.
