Roll out of Saint-Christophe-sur-Dolaizon and the road soon leads you past the castle of Séneujols, then the castle of Mercoeur. From there the route follows the Allier, the Seuge and the Borne rivers before the Dolaizon brings you back to the start village. Along the way you climb 1391 m over 76.8 km, all of it paved. Castles, rivers and climbing — a fine loop from the village and back.
