The ride

Roll out of Saint-Genis-de-Saintonge and let the castles lead the way: Château des Egreteaux first, then on past Château de Jonzac, Château de Meux and Château de la Faye. Between them the route follows the Le Trèfle, La Seugne and La Rochette rivers, so water keeps you company. It's 76.0 km with 499 m of climbing, all on paved surface. Back to the start village with three rivers and four castles behind you.
