Rondje Burg Wernberg en Pfreimd

The ride

Roll out of Wernberg and past Burg Wernberg, a castle, before the route settles into the Naturpark Nördlicher Oberpfälzer Wald, a nature reserve. Onward it runs through the Naturpark Oberpfälzer Wald, another nature reserve, and crosses the Pfreimd, a river. The Naab, also a river, comes next, and the loop then turns for home. Of the 58.2 km, most is unpaved, with 1055 m of climbing along the way.
