Roll out of Lenzen and over Burg Lenzen, then follow the Löcknitz river into the Biosphärenreservat Flusslandschaft Elbe-Mecklenburg-Vorpommern nature reserve. The Alte Elde river and Rudower See lake keep you company before the loop swings back to Lenzen. Of the 81.2 km, nearly all is paved, with a sliver of unpaved, and just 215 m of climbing.
