Roll out of Ostritz and follow the Lausitzer Neiße, then past a Renaissance castle and a Baroque one at Königshain. Next come the Vierradenmühle watermill and the Neptunbrunnen lake, before the Sechsstädteplatz nature reserve. The Berzdorfer See and Herrenhaus Hagenwerder manor round things off before you pedal back to Ostritz. It's 71.9 km, almost all on paved surface, with 590 m of climbing.
