Roll out of Saint-Broladre and let the ride unfold, with the Baie du Mont Saint Michel nature reserve opening the way. Next you follow the Le Couesnon, La Guerge and La Loisance rivers in turn, each one ticking off another stretch of the route. With 413 m of climbing spread across the day, the legs get a gentle workout between the water and the fields. The loop brings you back to Saint-Broladre where you started.
