Roll out of Dinan and let the ride unfold: first past the castle, then into the Vallée de la Rance nature reserve. A watermill and a manor follow before the Baie du Mont Saint Michel opens up, with the Mesnil forest and Léhon castle on the way back along the Rance. The route is fully paved apart from a sliver of unpaved, and the 649 m of climbing keeps it lively.
