Langs de L'Agoût en de L'Aybes

The ride

Roll out of Castres and the route soon follows the L'Agoût river, then the L'Aybes, before climbing into the Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc. On the way back the Ruisseau de Roudil keeps you company. Of the 63.3 km, roughly half runs unpaved, with 995 m of climbing spread across the loop. You start and finish in Castres, so the rivers and the nature reserve bookend the day.
