The ride

Roll out of Solutré-Pouilly and follow the route past the river La Petite Grosne, then on to the castles of Saint-Mauris and Lapalus. Next comes the nature reserve Prairies inondables du val de Saône, before Château de Bâgé and the rivers La Veyle and La Saône keep you company. With 74.7 km and 719 m of climbing, all of it paved, the loop brings you back to where you started.
