The ride
Roll out of Melide and the ride unfolds through the Reserva da Biosfera As Mariñas Coruñesas e Terras do Mandeo nature reserve before the Tambre and Narla rivers guide you onward. Past the castle of Museo Etnográfico San Paio de Narla, the route climbs into the ZEC Serra do Careón nature reserve, then turns for home. Along the way you'll take on 1114 m of elevation gain across 70.9 km, almost all of it paved. Back in Melide, the legs will know they've been out.
