The ride
Roll out of Sobrado and the ride opens along the Río Tambre, then heads into the Reserva da Biosfera As Mariñas Coruñesas e Terras do Mandeo. From there it climbs on toward the ZEC Serra do Careón, with 1320 m of elevation gain spread across the route. The loop then passes through the Reserva da Biosfera Terras do Miño before turning back to Sobrado. Most of the way is unpaved, so expect a mixed-surface day out.
