The ride

Roll out of Monforte de Lemos and the castle of the same name comes first, before the route follows the Río Cabe and the Canle do Val de Lemos canal. Then it's into the ZEC Canón do Sil nature reserve and on past the ZEC Río Cabe, with the Castelo de Maside waiting further along. The Pazo de Arxeriz and Casa Grande de Lamela manors round things off before the road brings you back to Monforte de Lemos over 90.6 km with 1367 m of climbing.
