The ride

Roll out of Prayssas and follow the route past the river Le Salabert, then on to Château Saint-Sauveur. Further along you cross the Lot and pass Château de Dolmayrac and the Donjon de Fauguerolles before reaching the Réserve Naturelle de la Frayère d'Alose. The loop returns to Prayssas after 87.0 km, all of it paved.
