From Pithiviers-le-Vieil you roll out through the Parc naturel régional du Gâtinais français, then follow the Essonne river past the Château de Rocheplatte. Next come the Rimarde and the Manoir de la Taille, before the Œuf leads you to the Château de l'Ardoise. With 82.1 km of paved surface and 315 m of climbing, the route loops you gently back to where you began.
