From Beaurepaire you roll out and soon meet the L'Oron, a river that sets the tone. Further on the route slips past the Château de Bresson, a castle on your way, before the La Varèze joins the story. With 897 m of climbing over 61.2 km and plenty of unpaved riding, the Château de Barbarin is the last castle before you swing back to Beaurepaire.
