From La Haye-du-Puits you roll out toward the Parc naturel régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin, then past the Manoir de Camprond and the Château de Pirou. The route follows the L'Ay and the L'Olonde, with the Château d'Olonde along the way, before the Réserve naturelle de la Sangsurière et de l'Adriennerie. Of the 80.8 km, 98% is paved and 2% unpaved, with 438 m of climbing, and the loop brings you back to where you started.
