Castles along the Armançon

The ride

Roll out of Montbard and the castles start coming: first Château de Buffon, then on past the Vieux chateau. The route follows the Armançon and later the Oze and the Brenne, so rivers keep you company between the stonework. Further on you pass Château d'Orain and Domaine des Granges before the road turns for home. It's 92.7 km with 738 m of climbing, almost all of it on paved surface.
