Roll out of Miramas and the Coussouls de Crau nature reserve opens the ride, with the Alpilles nature reserve following close behind. The route then follows the Boisgelin-Craponne canal before passing the Château de l'Empéri and the Touloubre river on the way back. It's 68.6 km with 219 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface, and it starts and finishes in Miramas.
