Roll out of Barbentane and the castle comes first, then the Tour du Cardinal Grimaldi, before the route follows La Durance and L'Anguillon. The Grand Anguillon leads you into the Parc naturel régional des Alpilles, and past the Domaine de Lagoy castle you head home. Of the 64.3 km, most is unpaved, with 373 m of climbing along the way.
