These terms apply to your use of RouteCaster and any paid subscription.

Who You're Dealing With

RouteCaster is operated by MAAS Solutions (KVK 89424131, VAT NL004438419B66). Payments and bank statements will show “MAAS Solutions”, not “RouteCaster”.

Pricing

All prices shown are in euros and include VAT (BTW), as required for consumers in the Netherlands.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed via Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, and other supported methods). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges for your billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current, already-paid period — your access continues until the end of that period.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on new purchases. Because RouteCaster is a digital service that starts immediately upon payment, you explicitly agree at checkout to waive this right for that reason. In practice we don't issue refunds for time you've already had access to — but if something on our end is broken or wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly.
