Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account settings whenever you like. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
What about the 14-day cooling-off period?
Because Plus starts immediately after payment, you waive the 14-day cooling-off period at checkout. If something on our end is broken or wrong, email us and we'll sort it out fairly.
How do I pay?
iDEAL for the first payment, then SEPA direct debit for the recurring part — monthly or yearly, whichever you picked.
Why no native app yet?
RouteCaster is a PWA — install it from your browser and it behaves like an app on your phone. A native app is on the roadmap, but it isn't what's blocking you today.
Why does my bank statement say "MAAS Solutions"?
RouteCaster is offered by MAAS Solutions (KVK 89424131) — that's the legal name that appears on your statement.
