Roll out of Échemiré and let the ride unfold past the castle of Château de Baugé and the Palais de Justice, then follow the Couasnon river onward. The route carries you through the Loire-Anjou-Touraine nature reserve and along the Lathan, with the Manoir de la Grand'Maison standing by before the Authion leads you home. It's 75.3 km of paved riding with 355 m of climbing, and every metre of it is verhard-free of surprises—well, unpaved-free at least.
