Roll out of Chabanais and follow the Charente river before the Château de Chambes appears on your way. The route keeps unfolding past the Le Goire and the Château de Villevert, then heads into the Parc naturel régional Périgord-Limousin. Later you pass the Château de Rochechouart and the Réserve naturelle nationale de l'astroblème de Rochechouart-Chassenon, before the 84.8 km loop brings you back to Chabanais.
