Roll out of A Pobra do Deán and the climbing begins, with 1790 m of elevation gain waiting across the route. Most of the riding is unpaved, so expect a mixed day under your wheels. You pass the manor Torre de Bermúdez, then follow the Río Barbanza and the Río Coroño before turning for home. Back to where you started, with plenty of metres in the legs.
