From Ménétréol-sous-Sancerre you roll out on 73.2 km of paved road, climbing 385 m along the way. First comes La Loire, then the ruined castle and its walls, before the route follows the Nohain. Further on you pass the Val de Loire nature reserve, then the old mill channel at Ménétréol, and finally the Château du Carroux. The loop brings you back to where you started.
