From Abcoude you roll out past Fort bij Abcoude, then follow the Kromme Mijdrecht river to the Groene Jonker nature reserve. Onward through the Nieuwkoopse Plassen & De Haeck, back by Fort Nieuwersluis and the Oostelijke Vechtplassen. Fort bij Nigtevecht and the Batterijen aan het Gein round it off before Abcoude again, with 59.6 km mostly paved and just 59 m of climbing.
