Roll out of Annahütte and let the ride unfold: first past the Sorbisches Siedlungsgebiet nature reserve, then on toward Westmarkscheide - Mariensumpf, also a nature reserve. The Schwarze Elster river and the Sorgenteich nature reserve follow before the loop brings you home. Of the 63.6 km, just over half runs unpaved, and 221 m of climbing keeps things rolling.
