From Parkeerplaats Gehlberg you roll out toward Sandgrube Seelenfeld, a nature reserve, then past the Seelenfelder Königsmühle windmill. On through Lahder Marsch, another nature reserve, and by Klostermühle Lahde, a windmill, before Schloss Petershagen, a castle, and the Pottmühle windmill. With 54.9 km and 166 m of climbing, you then pass Mittelweser and Grube Baltus, both nature reserves, and head back to Gehlberg.
