Roll out from Parkeerplaats Spitalgrund-Oberes Volkachtal and straight into a nature reserve, then on through the Naturwaldreservat Waldhaus mit Feuchtbereich im Handthalgrund. Next up is the Spitzenberg bei Ebrach nature reserve, before Schloss Neuses am Sand breaks up the green. Then it's past the Dolinen im Mahlholz nature reserve and back to where you started.
