Roll out of Süderbrarup and past the lake at Thorsberger Moor, then along the Schlei nature reserve. The route slips through Flarupholz forest, by the Windmühle Renata windmill and on to Gut Rundhof castle. A spin through Drülter Holz forest brings you back to where you started. It's 79.0 km with 398 m of climbing, almost all on paved roads.
