Roll out from Parkeerplaats Rumpenheimer und Bürgeler Kiesgruben and follow the Main, then past Rumpenheimer Schloss. The route runs through the Gräbenwäldchesfeld von Hausen nature reserve and the Mayengewann von Lämmerspiel nature reserve before looping back to the start. Of the 46.8 km, most is unpaved, with 156 m of climbing along the way.
