Roll out of IJhorst and the windmill De Star sets the tone, before the Overijsselsche Vecht and Beneden Regge rivers guide you onward. Past manor Het Laar and castle Kasteel Rechteren, the route slips into the Uiterwaarden Zwarte Water en Vecht and Olde Maten & Veerslootslanden nature reserves. With 90.5 km of almost entirely paved surface and just 54 m of climbing, it's a gentle loop that returns you to IJhorst.
