Roll out from Parkeerplaats Vogelfreistätte Mittlere Isarstauseen and straight into the nature reserve of the same name, then on through the Isarlandschaft and Ampertal reserves. The Isar river keeps you company before the castles begin: Schloss Isareck, Isareck, Ruffinischlösschen and Schloß Ast. It's 69.1 km, all paved, with 447 m of climbing. Back where you started.
