Roll out from the parking area at Quellhügel and let the ride unfold: 60.3 km with 370 m of climbing, a mix of paved and unpaved lanes. You pass the Neustädter Binnenwasser nature reserve, skirt the Binnenwasser lake, and roll into the Naturpark Holsteinische Schweiz. Climb to the Gömnitzer Turm viewpoint, continue over the Gömnitzer Berg, and wind past the Kasseedorfer Teiche nature reserve before looping back to where you started.
